I am a registered Psychologist, specialising in Educational and Developmental Psychology. I have a particular focus on supporting families and parents of neurodivergent children and young people.

I feel passionate about working with parents to create the conditions for children to flourish and realise their full potential. The most important of these conditions, I believe, is relationship.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches in my work, including developmental science and attachment theory, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, and compassion and mindfulness practices. My work also continues to be informed by Neuroscientific research and the practical implications for our day to day parenting and family life.

I am committed to understanding the challenges that face children and families, and working in a way that cultivates joy, wellbeing and connectedness both within and around the family unit. I have studied and practiced in the Zen Buddhist tradition since 2009 and taught contemplative practices, including sitting and walking meditation, deep listening and conflict repair, and nature based play, to children and families in personal and group settings.

My personal interests include hiking, swimming, dancing, travel – I spent three years in Italy and one year in the United Kingdom – and adventuring with my family and friends.
