Who I work with

There are numerous conditions that influence the expressions of distress that we see in our children. Sometimes how they express themselves looks different from one environment to another, or from one caregiver to another. Coming to understand what our children need requires an understanding of all the relationships and environments that they are a part of.

I work with:

  • Individual parents
  • Couples (with a focus on co-parenting)
  • Children and young people
  • Schools, kindergartens, and other relevant professionals

Some of the common themes that come up in my work include:

  • wellbeing support for mothers
  • building safe attachments and positive relationships
  • responding to big feelings and expressions of distress
  • repairing moments of conflict
  • expressing and healing emotions through play
  • daily routines and working together
  • supporting the transition to school and ongoing learning
  • friendships and sibling relationships
  • supporting children through separation
